  • Metal materials will slowly oxidize over time, which is normal. You can wipe your jewellery with a silver cleaning cloth to keep it shinny. And gently clean your jewellery with natural soap and warm water when there is a dirt.

  • WAS offers free cleanings and repairs on our jewellery. If your jewellery that bought from us comes old or damaged, please reach us to clean, re-polish or repair for free.

  • How much is delivery fee?
    Enjoy free delivery for all orders! (Applicate to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau)

    Where does the jewellery ship from?
    All WAS jewlleries are handmade in Hong Kong and delivered directly from Hong Kong.

    Which delivery carrier do you use?
    We ship via SF Express for orders in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

    How long does the order take to ship?
    Orders will be delivered within 3 working days.

    What information needed when shipping?
    Customers should provide the receiver delivery address, contact person, and contact number.
    For Taiwan orders, customers should provide their ID no. when placing order, download the application of “EZ way” and complete the real-name authentication.

    May I pick up my orders at store?
    Sure. Customers can choose to self-pick up your order at our Kwun Tong store.

    We ship worldwide. Please feel free to contact us for delivery information.
